Overall Purpose of the Role

The IT Infrastructure will be involved in all aspects of Compass Group in China’s overall IT strategy with a strong focus on design. Responsible for producing various types of marketing collateral, communications and ensuring brand consistency across the company. Help maximize efficiencies within the business, collaborate on projects and contribute feedback as appropriate. The right candidate has strong command of the Chinese language and is proficient in bilingual communications. Candidate should also be a self-motivated and highly organized individual with strong desire to come forward with new creative designs / ideas and contribute to the bigger picture.

Job Description:

Sales & Marketing specific

·Artwork creation: brochures, adverts, flyers, proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral and preparing artwork for print where necessary.

·Be involved in entire bid process – from reading and understanding bid requirements to producing the required bidding documents.

·Designing and producing highly creative, impactful proposals or presentations for new business pitches and/or client presentations.

·Design or adjust artwork and sales documents in line with brand guidelines.

·Work with sales and other internal departments to understand their needs.

·Think creatively, generate new ideas, designs and concepts.

·Events: Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to help plan and deliver exhibitions, events, corporate hospitality and conferences. May require some on-site management, event admin and logistics.

·Events: Creation of promotional merchandise, show flyers, pre and post event marketing.

·Manage and Maintain Compass China official website.

·Increase Compass China awareness through social media presence.

Administration

·Ad-hoc operation request: Marketing event, on-site support, decoration, Contract retention support.

·Update internal office digital signage.

·Other general duties.

Person Specification：

·Lead IT Infrastructure team to proactively monitor all IT Infrastructure services, such as Cloud, Data Center facilities, Network, Telecom, Messaging, Intranet, Central ETL and security etc, to anticipate and avoid failure

·Design the to-be infrastructure architecture based on the business direction, industry trend

·Improve IT platform against industry best practice and produce the vision and strategy for development

·Provide service reporting of operational status

·Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.

·Lead Best Practice/Service Improvement Plans for new and existing networks and systems, service introduction and service acceptance criteria and identify candidates for decommissioning

Work within ITIL Methodology for Service Lifecycle Management

Qualifications：

Education: Bachelor degree of Computer Science or similar knowledge

Working Experience: over 10 years

Skill:

·8+ years’ experience on IT infrastructure management. The experience of Telecom network or IPv6 network will be an advantage. Project management or hand-on experience of DC network implementation will be a plus.

·Good knowledge of various network applications protocols, such as 802.1X, RADIUS,FAX, VOIP, VPN.

·Good knowledge of large scale wireless (Wi-Fi) network.

·Hand-on experience of firewall setting and network security.

·Rich experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. Server, mailbox, O365, Clouds, operating system, hardware, data center, security, network and applications) and IT Infrastructure processes.

·Rich Project Management experience.

·Strong problem solving, priority setting, collaboration and communication skills. Good organizational and analytical skills.

·Experience with cloud computing is a strong plus.

·Strong business sense and good process management skills

·Proactive, good interpersonal, logical thinking, analytical skills

·Good teamwork, flexible, responsible

·Other Requirements：

·Self-motivated manner, proactive, energetic and be able to work under pressure
