岗位职责： 

1.负责业务部门日常综合事务工作，协助接待顾客的咨询，了解顾客的需求并达成销售； 

2.负责做好货品销售记录、盘点、发货等工作，按规定完成各项零售统计工作；

3.协助做好出货票据、整理单据、开票、以及回款等财务工作； 

4.了解公司运营状态，收集各种行业信息情报及相关数据，提供决策支撑服务；

5.服从公司的工作安排，具备良好的团队意识,协力完成部门内其他相关工作。 

任职要求：

1.年龄在30周岁以上,有相关工作经验者优先；

2.文秘、行政，业务助理及相关专业高中以上学历,有一定的公文写作能力；

3.工作积极主动，具有亲和力、服务意识强； 

4.有较强的自我学习能力和一定的抗压能力；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

5.有良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；

6.具有优秀的书面与口头表达能力，熟练使用办公软件； 

7.具有较强的责任感、执行力与抗压力，愿与公司共同发展。 

薪酬待遇：

1.基本薪酬 

①公司设置具有市场竞争力的薪酬架构(+年终奖金)；

②试用期（2个月）：基本工资（5000RMB）； 

③正式录用：根据实际能力进行调整 。

2.福利待遇 

公司为员工全額缴纳杭州市社会保险 。
