岗位职责：

1) 负责平台日常运营工作，包括平台用户的管理、业务的审核和管理；

2) 协助支持公司商务对接业务，制定和匹配合适的方案，配合公司业务运营同事，完成相关业务材料撰写；

3) 独立制定有效的运营计划, 对用户进行分类运营，制定不同的运营方案，持续推动体验优化；

4) 能够对客户、业务团队反馈的需求和问题提炼优化建议，能通过用户行为、用户反馈和运营数据进行分析，拆解和反馈用户诉求，推进产品的持续迭代优化；

5) 基于对客户的理解以及业务现状，进行产品应用方法论的沉淀和推广，提升客户对产品的应用能力。

任职要求

1) 本科以上学历，市场营销、经济管理、金融类专业优先，有医药或保险行业工作经验者优先，3年以上相关工作经验；

2) 熟练运用办公软件，并有一定的PPT制作与文案撰写能力；

3) 良好的数据分析能力，能独立制定有效的运营计划;

4) 主动勤奋、有责任心、敢担当、喜欢挑战、抗压能力强；理解和表达能力强，能够进行顺畅、有效的沟通；

5) 认同公司企业文化，具备快速学习的能力。
