a.   完成个人销售业绩目标

b.   负责日常门店销售接待，熟悉公司产品，熟练报价，充分解答客户疑问，挖掘客户需求，熟练掌握销售话术，对客户进行精准判断，推荐匹配产品。

c.   记录每天获客数量（CRM为准），负责客户信息的登记与分析，保持一定频率的联系与跟进，提高客户转化率。

d.   提供优质的销售过程服务，准确无误下单，告知客户产品的日常保养，明确告知各项合同条款，关注下单货物动向，确保交期的准确。

e. 参与客户的送货及售后问题的处理，提升客户满意度，及时协助解决送货过程中的问题及后续的售后问题。
