• Familiar with ESL product system, hardware, and software
• Familiar with retail market and EAS solution 
• Collect market trend and competitor information.
• Collect customer request and feedback to sales and product team
• Maintain cloud server, set up customer account, initialize products
• Installation and debug for new launched products
• Customized software development based on API
• Present product function to sales and customers
• Pre-sales training
• Optimize product catalogue and operation manual
• Support customer to solve technical issues, summarize and feedback to sales and product team. 

任职要求：

• Majored in Computer or EE
• More than 3 years working experience on technical support, MNC working experience is preferred
• Fluent communication in English
