Who we are looking for:

This role will serve business operations from risk governance, service governance and project management perspective. Such as leading and driving multiple governance committees, aiming to better support business from different angles (risk, training, Talent, etc.) as well as support our head of operation to drive corporate strategy and implementation. This role requires a broader view when collaborating with various functional teams across the entity. Independent analytics and testing on an existing process and always open minded for constructive feedbacks and suggestions.

What you will be responsible for:

As Business Analyst, AVP you will: ·

Be accountable to drive various risk forums and actions ·

Incident trend/root cause analysis and employee matrix analysis, drive the action plan with BU ·

Proactively connect with business teams and other hubs to setup service governance model for Hangzhou ·

Work with BU to monitor issues around BAU deliverables meeting SLA and ensure key client’s escalation is proper · Accountable for project management on initiatives as needed
