工作职责

1. 推进和执行所有设备的维护保养并更新相应的保养记录。

2. 判断所有设备故障并进行维修，包括电机、启动装置、断路器、空调主机及其他整个建筑内的所有相关设备。

3. 及时响应并处理顾客关于客房或公共地区设施维修的要求。

4. 处理所有紧急事件，比如火灾、停电等。

5. 清洁所有工作区域，包括机房、设备间等，并保持酒店和部门工作的有序进行。

优先考虑的资质和技能

1. 高中以上学历，或相关院校毕业生。

2. 有1-2年的相关岗位工作经验。

3. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。
