KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

ü  Set up the unified service standard process and operation specification of the group HR Shared service center, developed SOP, and implemented the normal operation of the supervision process;

ü  Responsible for the daily management of the Shared service center, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the service work, and continuously improving the service level;

ü  Responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and implementation methods related to basic human resource services, including but not limited to the construction and management of internal group employee relationship processes, labor contract management, and the handling and prevention of labor disputes, and constantly improving relevant systems;

ü  All branches of the country share the power of the service center;

ü  Checked and analyzed human resources data, and provided data support for operations, BP and COE;

ü  Support new HRSSC project;

ü  All staff notification email writing;

ü  Track and monitor service quality of Online Employee Support service;

ü  Set up team members’ KPI and skill development;

REQUIREMENTS:

2  Bachelor degree or above；

2  Fluency in written and oral English;

2  Excellent for writing skills

2  Responsible, initiative and ability of work under pressure;

2  Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations;

2  Proficiency in HRSSC operation and coordination with HRBP and HR COE;

2  Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

2  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;

2  Excellent for office software usages.
