Job Description

1. Interview candidates for the online English Tutor position and assist hired candidates to complete the onboarding process to become a qualified tutor successfully (Daily duties include but not limited to: cv selection, interview arrangement, online interview, onboarding training);    

2. Communicate with external hiring service providers to expand high quality recruiting channels;   

3. Monitor newly hired Online English Tutors' performance in compliance with company policies;  

4. Provide timely and efficient support to new hires to retain experienced Online English Tutors on the platform;

5. Support the recruiting manager with relevant projects (For example: recruitment efficiency analysis, system improvement, hiring strategy review, hiring market campgain)  

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 

2. Oversea study & work experiences are highly preferred. Major in business, media, human resource management, and communication are preferred or foreign students who can understand and use some basic Chinese；  

3. Proficient level of English, especially in speaking and writing;

4. Integrity, passion, responsibility, cultural awareness, problem-solving skills, willingness to work under fast speed working environment；   

5. At least 1+ years working experiences
