1、负责本业务单元（或生产线）的产品（原材料、半成品和成品）、试验品和工艺参数的检验和试验 ，主要负责该单元衬套产品和样品的检验。Responsible for the product (raw materials, semi-finished products , finished products and samples), mainly responsible for the inspection of Bushing.

2、负责将检验和试验记录进行整理和归档，并制作出货报告。Responsible for the collation and filing of inspection and test records, and final inspection reports.

3、在检验或试验过程中发现品质异常时立即向质量工程师报告，并遵循不合格品控制程序采取必要的现场控制措施。Report to the quality engineer immediately when abnormal quality is found in the process of inspection or test, and take necessary on-site control measures in accordance with the non-conforming product control procedures.

4、监控生产线产品的标志和可追溯性，不合格品处置跟踪。Monitor the marking and traceability of production line products, and follow up the disposal of non-conforming products.

5、配合质量工程师处理退货产品的检验。Cooperate with quality engineer to handle the inspection of returned products.

6、执行上级主管或质量工程师提出的纠正预防措施。Implement corrective and preventive measures proposed by supervisor or quality engineer.

7、完成LPA（分层审核），每日对生产线巡检，并对生产过程中存在的质量问题或隐患，及时与质量工程师和上级主管沟通。Complete LPA, daily inspection of product, and communicate with quality engineer and supervisor in time for quality problems or risk in production process.

8、对现场检验区域的5S维护。Maintenance of 5S in site inspection area.

任职要求：

1、中专及以上学历。Secondary school or above

2、2年以上制造业生产或质量检验的经验。More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing production or quality inspection.

3、对抽样计划有一定的了解。With knowledge of sampling plan.

4、掌握本业务单元所必需的量具,仪器,设备的使用技巧，包括游标卡尺、千分尺、各类投影仪、高度规等，了解三坐标尤佳。Master the necessary measuring tools, instruments and equipment skills of Seals, including calipers, micrometers, projectors, Height gage. know about CMM is prefer.

5、对生产异常或潜在风险有一定的察觉能力和较好的敏感性。It is sensitive to abnormal or potential risks in production.

6、有检验员证书尤佳。 With certificate of inspect is prefer.

7、基本的电脑操作能力。Basic computer operating ability.

该职位上早中班，中班下班时间晚上23：00.
