岗位职责：

1. 官网、微信微博、小红书、ins、知乎、头条、百家号等自媒体矩阵的搭建；

2. 自媒体平台的推广引流，提升粉丝数量及活跃度和粘性；

3. 根据产品及营销需求，结合热点话题进行内容创作，策划优质的线上活动；

4. 通过数据挖掘和分析，制定长期有效的运营策略，通过活动营销/话题传播等提升品牌知名度。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有1年以上新媒体运营经验，必须有小红书或抖音运营经验；

2、熟悉微信、微博、小红书、抖音、今日头条等新媒体平台的运营与管理；

3、了解粉丝的阅读喜好和新颖有效的推广方式；

4、有家居、美妆、奢侈品、社交电商行业从业经验优先；

5、有良好的沟通能力，有网红、KOL资源者优先。
