Responsibility:

？ 作为项目联系人（FL），在多个项目组中代表部门进行内部和外部沟通；

The individual is expected to play key roles of Function Lead (FL) representing the department in multiple project teams;

？ 负责微生物发酵药物分子的下游提取纯化项目研究工作，包括提取和纯化工艺线路的设计、开发、优化和改进；

Responsible for the project-specific downstream purification work of microbial fermented drug molecules. Design, develop and optimize the extraction and purification process;

？ 和小组成员合作完成重组蛋白，质粒等相关项目产品的分离纯化、样品制备和检测等实验工作；

Hands-on performance with team members on the experimental work, including purification, sample preparation and analytical testing for the project related molecules (e.g. recombinant protein, plasmid, etc.);

？ 负责纯化项目中工艺放大和向GMP技术转移，参与工艺相关的质量管理和支持GMP生产；

Responsible for the project-specific process scale-up and tech transfer work from PD to GMP. Participate in the related quality management and supporting the GMP production.

？ 负责定期的实验结果分析和总结，完成包括实验方案，汇报文件，技术转移文件，技术报告，申报文件等文件工作；

Responsible for the termly data analysis and summary, complete the documentation including experiment plan, representation files, TTP, technical reports and filing files, etc.;

？ 负责应对项目中遇到的问题和挑战，主导组织沟通和解决问题，保障项目按时完成；

Responsible for leading the communication and the trouble-shooting upon the challenges to ensure the progress and timeline of the project;

？ 参与技术平台建设，文献调研，技术培训，实验室日常管理和设备维护；

Participate in the platform tech improvement, literature research, tech training, routine maintenance of the lab and instrument.  

Qualification:

？ 生命科学和制药相关专业2-6年工作经验，硕士以上学历；博士优先；管理经验优先；

Master’s degree in a life science field preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceutical corporations with plus 2-6 years’ experience; PhD and Supervisory experience preferred.

？ 有完整微生物IND项目经验优先；

Experience in integrated IND project of microbial production preferred;

？ 熟悉蛋白或DNA纯化原理，介质填料性质以及蛋白层析系统（如AKTA），切向流过滤，纳滤，深层过滤和中空纤维膜等过滤体系的具体操作；

Familiar with the protein/DNA purification mechanism and the resin property. Hands-on experience working with lab to large-scale Chromatographic systems (？KTA), filtration systems including Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Hollow Fiber Tangential Flow Filtration (HFTFF), Nanofiltration and depth filtration; 

？ 熟练的英文/中文沟通能力；

Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin is required
