工作职责:
Collaborate with Material Management/ Engineering/Manufacturing Operations/Quality Management and Methods to make service supporting task process simply and efficiency
? Ensure employee capacity fulfills business needs
? Develop( Monitor ) KPI to make sure all service task well follow up and measurable
? Drive and lead the team to achieve annual business target : Total Sales, Order Intake and Order Intake margin
? Associate & team competence development.

任职要求：
? Bachelor degree and above, major in mechanical and relevant area;
? 3-5 years working experience in service relevant function;
? 2 years plus team leader experience;
? Good Command of English;
? Good at decision Making and problem solving;
? Customer-oriented, high responsible.
