Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly forecast

2 Provide insightful performance analysis, flag issues and close gaps

3. Compliance / Risk Management and tax regulation compliance, mitigate financial risks

4. Internal control process improvement & compliance, external audit compliance

5. Cash Management

6. Responsible for system implementation & operation.

7. Drive continuous improvement

8. Develop finance knowledge, capability and leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level, majoring in Accounting and Finance

2. Working experience: More than 5 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience (preferably in BIG 4 Firm) and life science industry experience is a plus,

3. System skills and advanced Excel (pivot tables)

4. Good communication skills and able to work independently and under pressure

5.IPO,Pre-Ipo experience would be perfect.
