1. 分析和统计品牌销售数据，协同大区经理完成月度销售报告以及品牌销售预测的分析管理。

Analysis and statistics department sales data, Working with regional manager to complete monthly report & sales fcst.

2. 配合酒店用品事业部总监确认产品定价，结合产品定位和毛利率制定年度价格表。

Cooperate with HBU head to confirm products sales price and making a pricing strategy to balance sales turnover, inventory level and EBIT.

3. 根据酒店用品事业部总监制定的销售策略，结合历史销售数据，确定年度主推品（常卖品）。

According to HBU sales strategy and sales data to confirm the Core assortments.

4. 参与产品安全库存数量的制定，滞销品库存统计及管理。

Managing and monitoring the safety stock and slow moving stocks

5. 负责滞销品，残次品，包装破损品公司特卖及经销商特卖。

Responsible for the internal sale to clean the slow moving stocks

6. 其他品牌竞品情况收集。

Conduct competitors analysis

7. 跟踪市场动向，配合德国总部和酒店用品事业部总监及深圳办进行新品开发。

Cooperate with HQ & HBU head for the new product development.

8. 组织和执行酒店用品事业部新品信息和停产品信息发布。

Responsible for the new product and discontinued product announcement

9. 对公司内部人员及其客户（经销商和终端客户）进行新产品培训。

Conduct the product and brand knowledge training to our staffs and dealers.

10. 监督和维护区域经销商展厅的产品陈列形象，制定陈列标准指南。

Build up the product display standard for dealer’s showroom, make sure all the dealers will follow the standard.

11. 负责配合公司展会等市场活动，进行样品申请、产品搭建等支持工作。协调参展产品的发货、布展、撤展等。

Responsible for organize the exhibitions in the year，including booth design, products selection, samples application, booth construction. Manger the booth set up, cooperate with certain staffs.
