Your tasks:

· You will supervise and expand our automotive and filtration customer base from our local production site in Hangzhou.

· You will organize and manage the entire sales cycle – from the first customer contacts to securing the customer, to deepening the customer relationship. Moreover, you will also identify, develop, and expand new business with existing customers.

· This means you will pursue your offers, integrate the orders, and coordinate them.

· Your activities are based on market and customer data, and you will provide input to ensure that we are developing the right products for our customers.

· You will be part of the local production team in Hangzhou and support local growth. At the same time, you will work in close cooperation with our global sales team and other key people within the whole group.

· You will expand your knowledge of automotive or filtration procedures and the behaviour of global customers and their decision-making.

· You will not hesitate to travel when necessary and you will be present from time to time at all local customer sites.

Your profile:

· On the basis of successfully completed studies in economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification, you have good knowledge about fabrics, nonwoven textiles, and/or other similar semi-finished products.

· Experience with B2B sales with technical solutions from the automotive industry as well as several years of industry experience is a plus.

· You have proven results in initiating and building strong commercial relationships and identifying and developing new business opportunities.

· High standards of quality and reliability, including with regard to business aspects (budgets, P+L and objectives in the value-added chain) are self-evident for you.

· Your mother tongue is Chinese, and you also speak business-fluent English, and preferably additional foreign languages.

· You have a professional attitude and appearance, great self-organization skills, and the ability to put yourself in your customer’s shoes.

· International experience and intercultural skills combined with an appropriate talent for negotiation and mediation are preferred.
