KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

– Partner with internal Business Units to cultivate innovative data, analytics, and AI projects

1. Responsible for Data System/Application Design and Development (LDMS & non-GMP ELN)

负责数据管理平台的需求和方案设计，以及应用实施

2. Collaborate with internal Business Units:

与内部业务部门合作，了解其业务需求，收集业务需求，提出并完善解决方案，以交付创新数据分析和数据管理项目。

3. Analyze existing data / analytics / business models within internal Business Units:

分析内部业务部门内的现有数据/分析/业务模型，提供给开发及架构。

– Product design:

4. 参与应用需求讨论，从实验/科研人员的数据，操作需求抽象出通用功能和标准组件。

5. 进行软件系统产品优化及落地工作，编制可行性报告

6. 梳理业务流程，根据需求完成相应的产品规划，创新设计工作。

7. 主导交互设计，把控web页面设计稿及原型方案，明确产品需求

8. 在开发过程中持续跟进设计，把控产品体验细节，协调并推动开发人员工作，确保达到上线标准

9. 管理整个平台需求，整合不同用户的痛点，提出版本迭代意见并跟进，包括代码重构

– Project Managing in data/AI/IOT related project

1. 指导供应商和开发商制定适当的策略并确定解决方案，以确保项目按计划进行

2. 主动识别可能影响项目进度的资源约束、风险和冲突，协调多方资源并与团队成员和管理层一起制定适当的解决方案

3. 确保在项目之间使用统一的流程和项目文件，包括议程、会议纪要、月度报告、项目计划、预算假设、项目计划和产品目标概要文件

REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor/MS in IT, Computer Science, EE, bioinformatics, biomedical, or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant work experience

? At least 3 years’ experiences as an IT developer.

? One or more years project managing experiences in IT and data/IOT related projects

? Strong experiences in business analytics, UI design and product design

? Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with scientist and vendors

? Experiences of ELN/LIMS deployment, investigation and maintenance is a plus

? Understanding of Big data and cognitive services: machine learning(ML) and Data analytics preferred

? Ability to write and speak in the English language

? Knowledge and experience in life science and pharmaceutical company is a plus

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

? Bachelor/MS in IT, Computer Science, bioinformatics, biomedical, genetics, or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant work experience

? Knowledge and experience in life science, drug R&D and pharmaceutical company is a plus

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

? Familiar with UI design tools such as Axure, visio, Sketch, etc.

? Familiar with JIRA, confluence, git, etc.

? Experience of JAVA, SQL, NOSQL, nodejs and common used backend framework.

? Experience of Angular, VUE or other frontend framework

? Ability to cross-pollinate ideas between different industries/experiences in order to innovate

? Ability to analyze, simplify and solve problems

? Good communication and team work
