3.正确引导员工完成日常工作，并起到检查监督的作用
4.帮助厨师长合理控制成本
5.遵从公司意志，做好日常有效的沟通工作
6.督导员工正确使用生产工具，保证食品，设备，人员，设施的安全
7.检查设备及设施的正常完好性，及时向公司相关部门反映正确的信息
8.为员工提供正确有效的培训
9.服从并监督员工遵守公司的各项规章制度职责要求

任职条件：

1、了解团餐后厨房管理；

2、星级酒店或团餐行业五到八年管理工作经验；

3、具备优秀的沟通技巧；

4、英语熟练；

5、熟练掌握电脑的操作及办公软件的使用；
