Job Description:

    

• logistics coordination and monitoring
• Collaborate with the business teams in China and Sweden, internally & external with forwarders, to monitor the whole logistics arrangement, and follow up the delivery performance,
• ke proactive relevant actions as contact focal, to achieve the goals for supplier reliability, total lead time, and to ensure smooth delivery.
• Attend to open outstanding issues when there is any, aiming for timely settlement.
• Forecast process and keep on monitoring forecast and actual performance.
• Consolidation, coordinate and conduct combine-shipment process for Rusta cargo that is not in full container order, to improve space utilization.
• Track and monitor order shipment list provided by forwarders, generate report on monthly basis and follow up.
• -      Order Confirmation: check and communicate with sourcing team members for PI & PO compliance, and confirm PI by signature
• -        RSM – Rusta Manual: contact point communicating, checking and controlling RSM status
• -        Market info update support – support in updating market material price status in report, on monthly basis

                                            

    

Requirements:

    

• Above 5 years working experience;
• Good understanding in logistics, above 2 years working experience in handling logistics coordination.
• Strong communication skill, experience in working through others. Ability to network both internally and externally.
• Proactive approach, mature, result oriented. Understanding in flexibility, efficiency and simplicity.
• Ability to set priorities, can handle multi tasks under pressure, capable to attend to details.
• Good in English, both in writing & speaking.
• Good Microsoft Office Literacy; Good analytical skill.
• Ideally Western culture experience preferred.
• Ideally experience in retail sourcing business background preferred, but not a must.
• High integrity.
