Responsibilities:

1. Arrange marketing plan for each exhibition including exhibitor & visitor promotion as well as liaison with external partners to achieve those plans and implementation and coordination for the production for all marketing       materials related to those exhibition

2. Prepare all the marketing materials for the event

3. Monitor & develop online marketing & direct marketing strategy

4. Monitor & develop social media marketing strategy 

5. Conference research, assist in conference production when needed   

6. Coordination design and other supporting BU   

7. Handling negotiation of media partnerships, exhibition barter deals with external companies, associations, media and other partners   

8. Ensure efficient visitor promotion and growth

9. Consultation on branding, marketing strategy, design and other marketing related issues

    

    

Requirements: 

1. 3+years proven tracking record of marketing position in event industry, marketing or advertising industry, IT related industry would be a preference; 

2. Must  be a planner and highly organized. Handle tasks independently, pro-actively, multi-tasking and to keep deadlines    

3. Possess excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill    

4. Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, in written and spoken;    

5. Skilled in MS Office, especially PowerPoint but also design software, google analytics, CMS systems etc.
