杭州招聘

（1）负责客户的接待，服务好客户，不仅是卖产品更多的是销售理念。

（2）及时处理顾客的留言，当天事当天毕。

（3）处理好自己顾客的简单问题（内容包括接单，查件，漏发货及其他）

（4）做好大订单的下单、跟踪、（包括团购、批发）

（5）处理好问题单子，比如缺货少货的问题和顾客沟通。

（6）处理客户售后问题，退换货按照要求实行，投诉中差评联系客户

（7）每周做客户意见总结分析提交给团队

工作内容：

（1）上销售客服旺旺，QQ

（2）及时对顾客推荐市场促销活动，

（3）修改邮费，备注，回留言，站内信，做评价，处理简单的顾客问题。

（4）接待大订单。

任职要求：

1、有工作淘系、拼多多等店铺客服1年以上；

2、有相近行业电商店铺客服工作1年以上者优先！

3、有在大药房旗舰店店铺从事客服工作1年者优先！
