Job Summary:

This position will provide technical support to the Sales and FAE team in developing potential opportunities incorporating MPS computing products and services. The FAE identifies and shares current and emerging customer technical needs to improve the tactical and strategic product positioning.

Essential Functions:

• Technical support on MPS computing related products.

• Conduct product presentation and training to customers

• Serve as technical interface to customers; analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues.

• Deliver and communicate with Application Engineer and Marketing about customers' issues and information in order to solve the issues quickly.

• Provide the information including but not limited to market trends, competence analysis, and new product definition to Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Power related industry; experience on FAE will be a plus.

• Familiar with Intel / AMD CPU core power design, debug and test.

• Experience on project management, following/ tracking etc.

• Strong technical knowledge of power electronics.

• Ability of initiating and problem solving.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Adaptability- ability to meet changed condition.

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit.

Requirements:

• Strong CPU core power design experience and knowledge is highly preferred.

• Good English (both written and spoken).

Education:

• BS or MS majored in Electronic Engineering or related
