职位描述：
1.在技术上不断给予销售人员支持，帮助其不断提高技术与业务水平；
2.为销售人员的销售工作制定技术方案：客户前期需求调查，与客户进行技术层面的沟通，参与方案初步设计，完成方案撰写；
3.负责对产品的技术演示：对公司内、外部人员进行产品培训、演示、操作指导、答疑；
4.对客户投诉与事故，负责同销售人员一起确认客户的有关工况数据，并按规定做好处理工作；
5.建立良好的客户关系，对客户进行技术培训和疑难解答；
6.收集、整理客户对产品的技术方面的信息反馈；
7.对公司产品和技术提出合理建议；
8.对于遇到疑难的技术、业务或价格方面的问题，及时与相关人员讨论；
9.与德国总部的技术沟通。

岗位要求：
1.机械或电气/电机类专业本科或以上学历；
2.五年以上相关工作经验；
3.具有较深的技术背景，熟悉液压系统、元件产品应用；
4.良好的中英文应用能力；
5.高度的工作责任心与敬业精神；
6.良好的团队精神、以服务为导向、独立；
7.熟练使用办公室各项应用软件；
8.善于与客户沟通，有良好的客户服务意识，以客户为本；
9.能适应出差需要。
