职位描述
Responsibilities：
1. Formulate different transportation/warehousing strategies to fulfil the requirement
2. Manage performance monitoring against agreed KPIs
3. Monitor the total leadtime between each step
4. Follow up regular billing checking and cost tracking
5. Monitor special cost item based on cost efficiency principle
6. Lead regular performance review with team and supplier
7. Proven track record of results in project management and deliver results
8. Integrate all Group related policies and project which are widely distributed, localized and implemented.
9. Lead/participate in network/flow optimization and modelling studies
Requirements：
1. 5+ years solid experience in handling I/E shipment and L/C application
2. Good command of both written English and Mandarin
3. Background in fashion or garment is an advantage
4. Proficient in MS Excel & Word, Chinese Word Processing and Tradelink
5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible, result driven, Initative contribution
6. Able to work under pressure
