1. Manufacturing Engineering Degree with 3 min years manufacturing/die casting experience OR Technological Diploma/Apprenticeship experience with 5 min years manufacturing experience.

制造工程学历，至少3年的制造/压铸经验, 或者技术文凭/学徒经历, 至少5年的制造经验。

2. Microsoft Office Professional. 微软办公自动化。

3. Records/Information Management. 记录/信息管理。

4. Time/Priority Management. 时间/优先顺序的掌握。

5. Operate casting machine. 操作压铸机。

6. Operate ABB robot. 操作ABB 机器人。

7. Be familiar with FMEA. 熟悉FMEA的分析方法。

岗位职责：

1. Monitor and document processes, process changes and the problem solving methodology used to troubleshoot process issues.

监控和记录工艺，工艺变更，解决工艺问题的方法。

2. Gather data, monitor and document existing process parameters to ensure process compliance.

收集数据，监控，记录现有的工艺参数以确保符合工艺要求。

3. Develop and document processes for new projects and dies including process flow charts and process specifications.

为新的项目和模具开发和存档工艺，包括流程图以及工艺规范。

4. Assist in the sampling of new tools and in PPAP runs.

协助进行新模具试模以及PPAP运行。
