Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

主要职责

 

• Responsible for the installation, debugging, maintenance, repair and upgrading of products at assigned sits

• Provide 24/7 services to customers to provide on-site/ off-site service as needed

• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance and unscheduled visits to instrument sites

• Complete working report timely and document repair/ resolution of customer calls

• Ensure fluent communication with customers to enhance customer satisfaction

• Determine correct inventory levels of spare parts with supply lines, manage repair parts and make sure to return in time

• Deal with service business development and follow up the payment

• Keep management advised of issues and developments

• Ensure instrumentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards

   

  QUALIFICATIONS

   

• Strong interpersonal skills and Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of inventory and procurement systems

• Ability to interface with internal and/or external customers and work independently

• Solid computer skills

• Time Management Skills

• Able to use English as working language

• Frequent travel required

 

EDUCATION

 

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, specialized in Electronic and computer preferred

   

  EXPERIENCE

   

• 5+ years related experience with 2+years field experience and/or direct customer interaction

• Working knowledge of X-ray products, Digital Imaging and related products preferred
