Solving all the issues related to importing the goods and materials to China:

解决进口货物和材料到中国的所有问题:

- Placing an order according  to sales schedule (in collaboration with IBP and sales)

根据销售计划下订单(与IBP和销售合作)

- Collecting the documents needed for the goods' registration&certification in China 

收集货物在中国注册和认证所需的文件

- Dealing with CIQ authorities to pass all the required inspections

对接中国出入境检验检疫局有关部门，以便通过所有要求的检验

- Dealing with customs broker and customs authorities directly and freight forwarders for appropriate customs clearance  and delivery to warehouse

直接与报关行和海关当局以及货运代理进行适当的清关和交货

- Goods purchase order input into ERP system in time

货物采购订单及时录入ERP系统

Managing packing and material sourcing:

管理包装和材料采购:

- Seek and partner with reliable suppliers

寻找可靠的供应商作为合作伙伴

- Purchasing materials in time to keep required material stock

及时采购物料，保持物料库存

Tracking and reporting metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness:

跟踪和报告指标以减少开支和提高效率:

- Import costs (brokerage, terminal charges, local delivery) 

- Purchasing packing materials

Certification and regulation:

- monitoring changes in Chinese regulations in collaboration with HQ certification department

- maintaining control of the required documents for existing products and new products being importet to Chinese market

Coordinating and being responsible for  all internal logistics operations in China: warehousing, inbound and outbound shipments - together with Warehouse keeper

能力要求：

Fluent english,  strong negotiation&communication skills, customer and operational efficiency oriented 

流利的英语，良好的谈判和沟通技巧，以客户和运营效率为导向

Experience in importing&exporting goods; 

有进出口货物的经验;

Knowledge of international trade, chinese customs regulations

了解国际贸易，中国海关法规

strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
