Main Responsibility:

• Sales order enter in ERP system, ensure all sales orders are entered and approved in system timely and accurately based on company’s policy;

ERP系统的销售订单录入，确保各个渠道的销售订单及时并准确地录入系统，并根据公司政策进行审批；

• Assist daily order delivery and coordinate with 3rd party logistic vendor to monitor vendor’s performance KPI.

协助物流部门进行订单发货，同时协调与监督公司第三方仓库的发货工作，以考核供应商的KPI；

• Documentation management (import documents, express files, Fapiao application and mail etc.);

文档管理（包括进口单据，发票申请及邮寄等）

• Support on monthly inventory check and data analysis;

协助季度库存盘点和数据整理分析等；

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

其它经理分配的临时工作或项目等。

Requirement:

• College/university students are welcomed, major in logistics/supply chain/management or related area are preferred;

专科/本科/研究生的在校生，物流/供应链/管理或相关专业

• No experience required;

无工作经验要求；

• Organized and detail oriented, and willing to help other team members for necessary;

有条理并关注细节，如有需要时乐于协助团队或其它团队成员；

• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (outlook, excel, word etc.);

熟练使用微软办公软件（outlook邮箱，Excel数据分析，Word文本编辑等）

• Good command on written and oral English;

英文水平（听说读写）良好；

• Work from Monday to Friday.

工作时间每周一至周五。
