1.Standardize & optimize inscope payroll processes, enhance related system processing capability upon policy integration to enable payroll & benefits services delivery with higher effectiveness, efficiency, financial productivity and compliance governance.

2.Ensure monthly global consultant’s payroll & benefit accuracy and on time delivery

3. Vendor management for teaching center’s payment settlement 

4.Participate in monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and other compensation related programs

5. Assist manager to conduct routine management

任职要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree preferred with oversea study experiences, major in finance & accounting, business management, science and engineering will be preferred

2. Good English

3.Integrity, passion, responsibility, positive and active, good at communication with people, willing to work under fast speed working condition and industry

4.Prefer to have people management experiences

5.Prefer to have experiences in incentive program or pay structure designing

6. Prefer to have experiences in share economy industry or accounting firm or FMCG

7.At least above 5+ years working experiences
