Main job assignment / 主要工作任务
Plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for transformer products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications
根据变压器产品的成本、质量和产量要求，计划、管理和协调业务活动和必要的资源。

Responsibility / 工作职责
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to主要职责包括但不限于:

1. Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule.
监控生产流程并制定生产计划。
2. Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
确保生产有效运转。
3. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
确保产品准时、高质量交付给客户。
4. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
监测产品标准并执行质量控制程序。
5. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
同管理层一起合作来执行公司的政策和目标。
6. Ensuring that environment, health and safety guidelines are followed.
确保环境、健康和安全方针得到执行。
7. Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
管理和激励操作工团队。
8. Reviewing the performance of subordinates with them.
同下属一起回顾他们的工作绩效。
9. Manage and train a team of production staff. Communication with other department.
管理培训本部门员工。做好与公司其他各部门的沟通协调。


Qualifications / 资历
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in production management , electrical automation
本科及以上学历,生产管理或电气自动化专业
2. Over 5 years working experience in Production.esp in transformer function
5年以上生产管理工作经验。特别在变压器行业。
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skill.
卓越的团队合作和沟通技巧。
4. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
出色的团队间影响力。
5. Customer oriented.
较强的客户服务意识。
6. Good English skill and communication skill.
良好的英语技能和沟通技巧。
7. Basic computer skills.
