Responsibility/岗位职责

• Be in charge of whole interview process, including industry analysis, candidates sourcing, interview organization, background check, candidate evaluation and offer independently.
• Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and expand the talent pool and enrich database for company
• Develop, build and maintain the relationship between university, promote the implementation of campus recruitment
• Be responsible for recruitment ongoing report, recruitment budget setting, monitor talent market, competitor information collection, data analyst and recruitment strategy formulation, implementation
• Vendors’ management and internal job board’s usage such as job train.
• In charge of recruiting projects

Requirement/岗位要求

• Bachelor’s degree
• Interested in headhunting industry, and ability to analyze data
• Above 5 years relevant work experience, headhunter is a plus.
• Professional service mindset and results oriented
• Good communication ability
• Willing to work under great pressure
