Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the project management in terms of Cost, Quality and Timing of a new project from RFQ until 3 months after SOP;

2.Lead the product development including engineering change for the assigned projects in accordance to the L&L procedures and instructions as defined by management;

3.As leader of project team, conduct and organize all project meetings, conference calls and gate reviews. Follow regularly the costs and risks, and implement all needed actions to reach the defined targets;

4.Check and analyze customer requirements, and make sure that solutions can meet customer expectations and needs;

5.Promote L&L Products expertise and know-how at the customer, and build relationship at the customer at the development level to maintain the highest level of satisfaction;

6.Responsible for all project documents like DFMEA, BOM, DVP&R, project status report etc.



Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent);

2.More than 3 years design working experience in relative field (automotive parts or plastics parts);

3.More than 5 years experience in Project Management;

4.Team player with good communication skills;

5.Proactive and be able to work under high pressure;

6.Fluent English skills of reading, writing and communication;

7.Experienced dealing with Automotive.
