岗位职责：

1. 运用所有市场营销工作的管理，战略和执行方法，建立和推动新成立的零售品牌快速成长

2. 与第三方供应商合作创建电子商务网站，并保证其持续正常运营

3. 识别新的商业机会，与零售店，室内设计师，以及窗装饰行业的批发商等潜在客户建立起信誉关系

4. 深刻理解窗装饰行业在电子商务领域的竞争格局

5. 分析窗装饰行业的市场趋势以及竞争对手在业务运营中的市场推广活动

6. 在业务上与其他部门团队领导和内部职能团队成员通力合作

7. 与内部IT团队一起制定和执行增长网站有效流量的搜索引擎优化策略

8. 制定网上促销，宣传册，以及其他相关的营销材料

9. 从初始设置到持续发展网络的维护和故障排除

10. 积极寻找新的机会，以吸引网站的客流量

11. 领导，构建和发展一个专注于市场成果的团队

12 与管理层保持有效的沟通，并确保及时提供项目跟进和所有报告

13. 积极准备和参加贸易展览和产品发布活动

14. 具有多任务和职责的专业管理能力

岗位要求：

1. 有线上推广零售品牌的经验；有建立并宣传品牌社交媒体的经验；

2. 用SEO/SEM和社交媒体推广过产品或品牌；

3. 了解中国特定的社交媒体平台，例如微信，或其他类似的营销渠道来推广品牌；

4. 能够把数字短片的内容做成宣传册或电子动画书；

5. 有丰富的数字营销活动经验，并且能关注到投资回报率；

6. 有自主，独立的工作态度和努力工作的热情

7. 有市场部经理经验，并且有零售品牌的电子商务管理经验

8. 有较强的网上销售业绩记录，能达到并超过预期销售目标

9. 熟练的英文口语和书写能力，流利的普通话

10. 作为一名业务经理要具有很强的技术技能

11. 对于网络分析软件深刻理解

Position Responsibilities:

? Management, strategy and execution of all Marketing efforts to establish and drive aggressive growth in a newly established retail brand.

? Co-operatively work with third party vendors in the creation and ongoing development of the E Commerce website.

? Identify business opportunities and build credible relationships with potential customers across dealer outlets, interior designers and wholesale vendors in the window furnishing industry.

? Understand thoroughly the competitive landscape in the ecommerce Window Furnishings market.

? Analyse window furnishings market trends and competitor’s promotional activity in the markets the business is operating in.

? Cooperatively work with other Department Team Leaders and internal functional team members across the business.

? Work with internal IT team to develop and execute SEO strategy to grow qualified traffic.

? Development of the marketing collateral for online promotions, flip books, and other related promotional marketing materials.

? Web maintenance and troubleshooting from initial set up to ongoing development.

? Actively seek out new opportunities to drive traffic to our website.

? Lead, build and develop a Marketing Team whom are focused on the business’ deliverables.

? Maintain a framework of effective communications with management and ensure timely delivery of projects and reporting responsibilities

? Present and take part in trade shows and product launch events.

? Professional ability to manage a complex variety of tasks.

Skills & Experience:

? Experience in launching a retail brand online

? Experience in using SEO/SEM and social media platforms to market a brands and their merchandise

? Working knowledge of China social media platforms; i.e. WeChat and other similar marketing channels

? Previous experience in creating a strong social media following for brands

? Working knowledge of creating and delivering digital content from short videos to digital flipbooks

? In depth experience in creating digital marketing campaigns that depend on related ROIs

? Motivated, autonomous, goal orientated and strong hard working ethic

? Previously held position of Marketing Manager with E Commerce experience for a retail brand

? A strong track record in successfully meeting and exceeding budgeted sales targets in online sales

? Effective communication skills in both written and oral in both Mandarin and English

? Savvy business manager with strong technical skills

? Strong understanding of web analytic software that tracts the success of our site
