1、梳理招聘需求，发布招聘信息，识别关键&紧急岗位，抓住岗位关键点，瞄准招聘目标；

2、独立完成人才搜寻、简历甄别 ，及时获取足够多的高匹配度候选人；

3、负责初面环节就关键问题与候选人有效沟通，向用人部门作出精准的评估和总结；

4、维护和管理现有招聘渠道，积极开拓新渠道，使用社交网络猎取、维护潜在候选人，扩大企业外部人才存储资源；

5、对招聘进展进行跟踪，并协助用人部门安排候选人面试和入职；

6、协助建立企业专有人才库，定期维护和完善；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，人力资源或相关专业者优先；

2、1年以上相关工作经验，有猎头工作经验或汽车行业招聘经验者佳；

3、对招聘工作有兴趣及热情，愿意面对较大的工作压力，自驱力强，有责任心；

4、具备优秀的语言表达能力、沟通协调能力和分析判断能力；
