NSC BoP Reporting Assistant (Balance of Payment ) - （高级）金融服务专员（汇款营运部）

Job Duties:

1.Provide outward BOP daily reporting service, including:
-Basic information maintenance, declaration and verification information maintenance, ensuring all the outputs are in line with SAFE timeline and SLA requirements
-Meet targets on productivity and accuracy within stipulated time frame. Tasks are processed in accordance with SAFE’s requirement and operation procedures.
-Check JINHONG system report to ensure outputs met the regulators requirements,
-Check exceptional reports on LDWS system. Solve the exception case and ensure the outputs can upload to SAFE successfully.
-Contact internal parties and take necessary actions for handling exceptional cases, including clarify BoP code or narrative, updating operation tips.
-Responsible for day-end quality check to ensure BoP report quality.
-Consolidate PFS daily report and ensure all the outputs are in line with SAFE timeline and SLA requirements

2.Mentor other team members:
-Assisting supervisor to identify training needs for team members; arrange internal training by job rotation and cross team attachment; coach junior staff on day-to-day operational basis.
-Planning and prioritize jobs to subordinates in accordance with their abilities and experience to ensure fraud/error/irregular case can be identified and escaped timely.

3.Keep close communication with peers, supervisors and branch OPS processing teams, and remain good relation with internal or external customers to smooth daily operation.

4.Acquire updated BoP knowledge on procedures, and take both job rotation and classroom training to expand relevant job knowledge and be familiar with regulations of both HBCN and the local regulators.

5.Maintain HSBC control standards including the timely implementation of internal & external audit points together with any issues raised by regulators
-By strengthening the education on compliance/bank policies and arrange periodical briefing to beef up staff’s knowledge;
-By standardizing staff’s operation to avoid compliance risk
-By establishing a mechanism to check audit points implementation.

Requirements:

-1-3 years experience
-Abundant knowledge on BOP reporting and FCY payment.
-SAFE/PBOC regulation on return and reporting,
-English both in oral and writing
-Communication skill
