职位描述
Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the day to day management over customer accounts from order entry through shipping. The main focus of this job role is the performance of activities directly related to the running of the Customer Service department supporting areas of Wholesale, Logistics, Production and clients.
1. Orders
- 'Stop and Go' transmission
- New account creation and related data management
- Seasonal sales order management
> sales order block
> sales order unblock
> sales order cancellation
> sales order switching between customers
- Price and cost maintenance for License products and Kids products
- Price and cost system error issue follow up with HQ IT
- New retail customer code set up
- Purchase order creation/registration for License products
- Seasonal re-order and replenishment
- Flash order for special project
2. Outbound shipment (Wholesale when received payment)
- Co-ordinate with wholesale customers for weekly outbound delivery
- Prepare LOB to local warehouse (+ Pro forma invoice)
- Documents preparation
- Billing to wholesale customers
3. Billing maintenance - Wholesale
- Letter of credit maintenance
- Payment collection
- Inform Marketing for POP invoices fm B.U.
- Inform Accounts weekly for invoices issued
4. Sales campaign support
- Send price list/order from during sales campaign
- Send Circular letters, update and delivery time table to distributors
- Send order confirmation to distributor after Preview, Main, Pronto and Flash order purchase
- Notify distributor about their order cancellations
5. Others
- Creation Vendor code in ST3 for new Supplier Company
- Send Goods Ready List.
- Arrange logistics of goods.
- Handle stock return/credit notes.
- Handle defective product process.
- Support distributors in log-in process through Company’s devices.
- Assist distributors in retrieving product data & info for authorized local e-Comm. platforms.
Requirements:
- Major in Logistics Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience of Customer Service or warehouse management related
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Familiar with MS Excel and MS Word
- Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and independent as required
