3. 根据需要参加相应的会议，并做好会议记录；
4. 即使汇报日常工作中发现的各方面的问题；
5. 文件的整理归档及设备和用品的保管；
6. 妥善安排重要客人的接待工作；
7. 领导安排的其他工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，英语、翻译、商务英语等英语相关专业优先，1-3年相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可；
2. 英语口语流利，读写熟练；
3. 熟练操作Word、Excel等办公软件，能高效使用PPT；
4. 有较强的组织、协调、沟通及人际交往能力，有高度的责任心和团队合作意识。
