岗位职责

1. 负责办公软件和应用系统的技术支持，包括但不限于Office365、SharePoint、Exchange Online，AD服务器，杀毒软件，SAP等。

2. 负责办公室办公网络的技术支持，包括但不限于防火墙、路由器、交换机、无线AP、WIFI、SD-WAN等。

3. 负责MacOS和Windows客户端，日常IT软件硬件采购、安装、调试和问题排查，IT软硬件生命周期管理。

4. 负责公司机房管理、监控、巡检和升级，排查问题，制定安全可靠的备份计划，定期备份公司重要数据。

5. 负责与法国总部IT技术团队沟通，协调解决遇到的各种IT相关问题。

6. 负责支持香港办公室，沟通并解决遇到的各种IT相关问题。

岗位要求

1. 计算机、软件工程或信息管理相关专业，本科及以上学历。

2. 熟悉Windows、MacOS、Linux操作系统、熟悉Office365。

3. 熟悉计算机网络、AD域控、虚拟服务器、阿里云和Azure云。

4. 熟悉主题公园等大型园区信息化项目规划和建设，熟悉跨国公司内部信息系统管理，有国际大型公司工作经验优先。

5. 英语口语流利。

Job responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the technical support of OA software and applications, including but not limited to Office365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, AD server, antivirus software, SAP, etc.

2. Be responsible for the technical support of office network, including but not limited to Firewall, router, switch, wireless AP, WIFI, SD-WAN, etc.

3. Responsible for MacOS and Windows clients, daily IT software and hardware procurement, installation, debugging and troubleshooting, IT software and hardware life cycle management.

4. Responsible for the management, monitoring, inspection and upgrading of the company's data room, making a safe and reliable backup plan, and regularly backing up the company's important data.

5. Be responsible for communicating with France IT technical team, coordinate and solve various IT related problems.

6. Responsible for supporting Hong Kong office, communicate and solve various IT related problems.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, software engineering or information management.

2. Familiar with Windows, MacOS, Linux operating system, and office365.

3. Be familiar with computer network, AD domain control, virtual server, Alibaba cloud and AZURE cloud.

4. Be familiar with the planning and construction of informatization projects in theme parks and other big areas, be familiar with the internal information system management of multinational companies, working experience in large international companies is preferred.

5. Fluent in spoken English.

普德赋（杭州）公司由法国团队及中方团队组成，公司设在杭州市下城区。目前在秦皇岛市、杭州、金华、深圳、武汉等地都有不同主题、不同形式的项目。公司为中国当地项目提供前期可行性分析报告、中期国际化设计理念与方案、项目开发乃至后期运营的方案与参考式意见。所有项目由中法团队共同完成。



Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.

Puy du Fou France was set up in 1978, it focuses entirely on artistic creation. Its very purpose is to touch and move visitors with the living vision of their own history.

Puy du Fou received great success in France even in Europe. It is hailed as a global success story bringing in more than 2.5 million visitors per year (The park opens only in Apr. to Oct annually). It was rewarded as Best Theme Park in the World, Best Show in the World, etc.

In 1998, it created Puy du Fou Academy in France; In the August of 2019, Puy du Fou Espana will be opened in Spain. Meanwhile, as early as in 2016, the founder of Puy du Fou, Mr. Philippe de Villiers saw the rich cultural heritage of China and its business opportunities, he established Puy du Fou Hangzhou then. The team is now focusing on creating Chinese style theme parks in China.
Puy du Fou Hangzhou team is consist of French and Chinese employees. The company has different international projects in Hangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Shenzhen and Wuhan of China. Puy du Fou Hangzhou provides professional services to local projects, including feasibility reports and analysis, design solutions, project development and even project operations.
