We are looking for a Business/Financial Analyst who is proactive, has a high potential and able to work in a matrix and dynamic environment. This role collects data, provides analyses and recommendations to support the development of PDF Asia. He/she has a deep knowledge on business plans, audit and resource management control missions. 

Responsibilities: 

? Draft business plans and ？nancial forecasting tools for the company projects, help de？ne business models  

? Produce investment memorandums for potential investors, including market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps 

? Produce feasibility studies and a variety of other analysis on projects for our clients

? Produce strategical, ？nancial or benchmarking notes on show & theme park industry or related industries for Puy du Fou management 

? Identify and improve ？nancial status of the company by analysing balance and income statements, and other data; make sectorial comparative analyses 

? Create, implement and monitor automated reporting models for the purpose of managerial accounting and decision support 

? Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting of the company  

? Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; provide trends and forecasts; explain processes and techniques; recommend actions to management 

? Realize internal and external audit and resource management control missions

Requirements:

? Master Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent. 

? Over 3 years relavant working experience in the same position or equivalent is required, preferrally in financial sector

? Strong analytical skills, ？nancial abilities, pro？ciency with Microsoft Excel,  great communication and presentation skills ? Proficient in English both in speaking and writting

Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.

Puy du Fou France was set up in 1978, it focuses entirely on artistic creation. Its very purpose is to touch and move visitors with the living vision of their own history.

Puy du Fou received great success in France even in Europe. It is hailed as a global success story bringing in more than 2.5 million visitors per year (The park opens only in Apr. to Oct annually). It was rewarded as Best Theme Park in the World, Best Show in the World, etc.

In 1998, it created Puy du Fou Academy in France; In the August of 2019, Puy du Fou Espana will be opened in Spain. Meanwhile, as early as in 2016, the founder of Puy du Fou, Mr. Philippe de Villiers saw the rich cultural heritage of China and its business opportunities, he established Puy du Fou Hangzhou then. The team is now focusing on creating Chinese style theme parks in China.
Puy du Fou Hangzhou team is consist of French and Chinese employees. The company has different international projects in Hangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Shenzhen and Wuhan of China. Puy du Fou Hangzhou provides professional services to local projects, including feasibility reports and analysis, design solutions, project development and even project operations.
