You Will Be Known To

· Provide training to the project’s employees on technical documentation procedures and standards;

· Schedule the gathering of information necessary to draft technical documents, and follow up with the content specialists to ensure adherence to the schedule;

· Write and revise summaries on technical/artistic topics (element info sheets), procedures and other technical/artistic documentation, and ensure regular updates;

· Identify, file and archive all technical/artistic documents and files generated by the project according to pre-established standards, and ensure adherence to these standards by the project team;

· Help team members with the validation and updating of all documentation pertaining to projects (text documents, charts, CAD, emails and others);

· Provide quality control on all aspects of documents (content, quality of wording, precision, validity, concision, references/links);

· Perform technical/artistic information research on PuyduFou documentation for production members;

· Take part in the implementation and operation of manual and/or computerized systems for data gathering and dissemination;

· Take part in the implementation and follow-up of procedures, as well as the updating of file sharing systems between PuyduFou’s server or any other external file sharing/storage site (FTP or other) required by the project;

· Supervise knowledge transfer between the show’s production and operations teams;

· See to improving methods of gathering, validating and updating documentation with the project team;

· As requested, assist in the development and update of information tools necessary to the production;

· Manage access rights to documentation;

· Follow up with IT on specific computer needs about data sharing.

We Want To Meet You If You Have

· Professional training in document management or stage technologies;

· Three to five years’ experience in a technical field linked to show production or document management;

· Demonstrated abilities in technical/artistic writing;

· Strong ability to concentrate, meticulousness and attention to detail;

· Excellent written and oral communication skills;

· Self-reliance and flexibility;

· Solution-oriented;

· High adaptation capacity;

· Ability to influence team members not under your direct supervision;

· Strong interest in learning new computer applications and working in a technical/artistic environment (such as SharePoint and ePDM vault);

· Knowledge of document management systems;

· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, image processing (Photoshop, scanner, camera, etc.)

· Knowledge of Web applications (search engines and new collaborative information-sharing tools);

· Fluency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written to clearly understand and translate information.

Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.

Puy du Fou France was set up in 1978, it focuses entirely on artistic creation. Its very purpose is to touch and move visitors with the living vision of their own history.

Puy du Fou received great success in France even in Europe. It is hailed as a global success story bringing in more than 2.5 million visitors per year (The park opens only in Apr. to Oct annually). It was rewarded as Best Theme Park in the World, Best Show in the World, etc.

In 1998, it created Puy du Fou Academy in France; In the August of 2019, Puy du Fou Espana will be opened in Spain. Meanwhile, as early as in 2016, the founder of Puy du Fou, Mr. Philippe de Villiers saw the rich cultural heritage of China and its business opportunities, he established Puy du Fou Hangzhou then. The team is now focusing on creating Chinese style theme parks in China.
