• 负责公司日常IT运维管理工作在服务器和数据库领域；
• 负责公司IT服务器群集、桌面应用及数据安全的搭建，管理与规划；
• 企业IT 1st level技术支持在windows 和Mac 平台;
• 使用IMACD 流程管理企业的软硬件，设计到日常IT采购，安装，维护以及问题排查，IT软硬件生命周期的维护.
• 设备平台的监控，负责主要设备的预防性维护；

• 搭建，管理公司云端和数据中心的Office365 SharePoint, Exchange on line , AD/DC/WSUS/Antivirus/Assets Management server;
• 在定义的交付时间内完成IT资产设备的维修，定期清理和更新资产信息;
• 定义备份公司重要数据, 灾备的计划，执行，报告和监控；
• 内部服务器的软硬件安装、故障排查、巡检和升级；
• 内部应用系统的搭建、维护、更新，以及账号管理、使用培训、数据备份等；

                        

    

Requires & Skillsets

• 计算机、网络工程或信息管理相关专业，本科及以上学历；
• 熟练的口头和书写英文能力；
• 具有5年以上大型企业信息化项目规划及建设经验，熟悉跨国公司内部信息系统的架构、运作和管理；3个以上微软群集项目的搭建、HRIS,E-commerce等主流信息化系统规划，架构经验，有国际大型公司任职经验者优先；
• 有较强的沟通表达能力，有清晰的逻辑思维能力，较强的方案写作能力；有企业架构、规划及治理项目相关工作经验者、微软Office, AD/DC系统实施经验优先考虑；有良好的SharePoint 开发，Exchange运维基础，能独立配置以及修复一般性问题，能独立帮助终端用户迁移和备份数据并保障完整性；
• 熟悉Windows server cluster、具有AD活动目录、文件服务器、数据库知识者优先录取，LINUX等系统安装配置管理；
• 熟悉CIRTIX、VMWARE, 等虚拟化安装与配置；
• 熟悉现有桌面管理软件，掌握安全管理软件；
• 熟悉Office 365架构混合部署的实施和维护；
• MCP、MCSE证书的优先考虑。

• Responsible for IT server cluster, desktop, and information security process plan, design, execution and Maintenance;  
• 1st level support and troubleshooting for both Windows Client and Mac book;
• Manage the Microsoft system to provision system administration, hardware and software support with IMACD process. Cover the day-to-day procurement, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and lifecycle management;
• Equipment Monitoring of the server’s health and provide resolution to figure out the reported issue proactively;

Requires & Skillsets

• Bachelor’ degree in Computer application, Networking relevant fields;
• Fluent English at both oral and written;
• Over 5 years working experience in IT application and system operations in a multiple site organization. And 5 years’ experience in Microsoft system architecture domain，be able to setup Microsoft cluster AD/DC/WSUS/Exchange/SharePoint independent, HRIS,E-commerce experience is a plus;
• Customer focusing mindset, and able to work under pressure, Team player, Agile &Resilient, Results Driven;
• Experience with CIRTIX、VMWARE technology; 
• Experience in both cloud and on primes Microsoft architecture
• MCP、MCSE certified is a plus;

Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.

Puy du Fou France was set up in 1978, it focuses entirely on artistic creation. Its very purpose is to touch and move visitors with the living vision of their own history.

Puy du Fou received great success in France even in Europe. It is hailed as a global success story bringing in more than 2.5 million visitors per year (The park opens only in Apr. to Oct annually). It was rewarded as Best Theme Park in the World, Best Show in the World, etc.

In 1998, it created Puy du Fou Academy in France; In the August of 2019, Puy du Fou Espana will be opened in Spain. Meanwhile, as early as in 2016, the founder of Puy du Fou, Mr. Philippe de Villiers saw the rich cultural heritage of China and its business opportunities, he established Puy du Fou Hangzhou then. The team is now focusing on creating Chinese style theme parks in China.
Puy du Fou Hangzhou team is consist of French and Chinese employees. The company has different international projects in Hangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Shenzhen and Wuhan of China.
