MISSIONS Create the Business Intelligence Department to help positively impact our business through leading technologies, exciting and challenging enterprise projects and new platforms. Develop the Data Analysis solutions for the whole group in coordination with the headquarter IT supports and under the responsibility of the Chinese subsidiary Executive Direction.

JOB RESPONSABILTY :

? Manages overall planning, execution and delivery of projects following IT project delivery guidelines and standards to meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget. ? Drives project teams to meet project milestones according to planned schedule. ? Tracks project progress and manages and escalates project issues and risks as appropriate; proactively identifies and manages the resolution of risks and issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables; seeks and implements innovative ways to remove project obstacles. ? Delivers timely project reports and performance dashboards. Conducts regular project reviews and communicates the status of projects in both formal and informal settings. ? Builds relationships with stakeholders and project teams to effectively manage and deliver quality projects, Develops and executes project resource management plans. ? Proposes changes to project methodologies, frameworks, and promotes best practices for continuous process improvement. ? Drive effective and smooth communication with Online partner’s category managers, channel managers and project contacts to win resource for new product launch and key events as well as to keep positive relationship with partner.

? Ensure the best consumer journey of E-C platforms via efficient co-working with merchandising, site merchandising, paid media, content marketing, platform leaders and external agency to improve conversion and ROI continuously. ? Be able to understand and analyze site traffic, store performance and customer profile to drive store performance and deliver sales result.

? Manage 3rd E-Commerce customer service with timely manner to achieve customer satisfaction and retention, including pre-sales and after-sales.

? Support to launch and manage new 3rd party platforms to drive continuous growth for E-Commerce channel .

? Co-work with marketing team closely for global creative implementation, PR event, social media, and external media co-op. SKILLS :

? Significant experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools/ approaches ? Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risk and issues management as well as status reporting. ? Advanced knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and presentation of metrics. ? Demonstrated ability to encourage, motivate and mentor team members. ? Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.

? Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

? Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

? Experience with E-commerce, Big data , data analysis technology; ? Knowledge and experience in any of the following areas is a strong plus: Programming Languages, IDEs, Compilers, Scheduling, Data Modeling and/or Data Warehousing, and High Performance Computing. ? Working knowledge with at least one programming language such as Python

Education : Master Degree

Work experience : 7 years or more in a similar position and at least a significant successful previous experience in leading a project linked to Business Intelligence

Languages : Fluent in English & French (Chinese would be a plus)

Location : Based in China.

The mission would include between 6 and 10 months in France before joining the project team in China.

Expected starting date : May 2019.

Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.

Puy du Fou France was set up in 1978, it focuses entirely on artistic creation. Its very purpose is to touch and move visitors with the living vision of their own history.

Puy du Fou received great success in France even in Europe. It is hailed as a global success story bringing in more than 2.5 million visitors per year (The park opens only in Apr. to Oct annually). It was rewarded as Best Theme Park in the World, Best Show in the World, etc.

In 1998, it created Puy du Fou Academy in France; In the August of 2019, Puy du Fou Espana will be opened in Spain. Meanwhile, as early as in 2016, the founder of Puy du Fou, Mr. Philippe de Villiers saw the rich cultural heritage of China and its business opportunities, he established Puy du Fou Hangzhou then. The team is now focusing on creating Chinese style theme parks in China.
Puy du Fou Hangzhou team is consist of French and Chinese employees. The company has different international projects in Hangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Shenzhen and Wuhan of China. Puy du Fou Hangzhou provides professional services to local projects, including feasibility reports and analysis, design solutions, project development and even project operations.
