Responsibilities 

? Responsible for planning, organizing, managing office facilities, office renovation and relocation projects and lease renewal issues. 

? Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, furniture, equipment and renting of warehouses. 

? Responsible for company traveling and logistics policies and supervise the traveling booking standard and the usage of vehicles. 

? Responsible for organizing company staff outing activities, annual parties, monthly birthday parties and seminars, etc. 

? Responsible for double-checking and making the final authorization of all the bank payments and money transfer of the company. 

? Responsible for recording the usage of company stamps, the borrowing of company stamps and contracts, and arranging company contracts. 

? Responsible for coordination and better cooperation between the internal departments of the company. 

? Assist to develop and implement company administration policies and procedures and supervise the execution result. 

? Complete all the other tasks from superior managers. 

Requirements 

? Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related. 

? 1+ years relevant experiences from multinational companies. 

? Rich experience in office facility management, office supply procurement and inventory control and management. 

? Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and supervision skills. 

? Good understanding of multi-cultural background and good sense to contact with all levels of people. 

? Expertise in Microsoft Office applications. 

? Fluent spoken English and Chinese.

Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.

Puy du Fou France was set up in 1978, it focuses entirely on artistic creation. Its very purpose is to touch and move visitors with the living vision of their own history.

Puy du Fou received great success in France even in Europe. It is hailed as a global success story bringing in more than 2.5 million visitors per year (The park opens only in Apr. to Oct annually). It was rewarded as Best Theme Park in the World, Best Show in the World, etc.

In 1998, it created Puy du Fou Academy in France; In the August of 2019, Puy du Fou Espana will be opened in Spain. Meanwhile, as early as in 2016, the founder of Puy du Fou, Mr. Philippe de Villiers saw the rich cultural heritage of China and its business opportunities, he established Puy du Fou Hangzhou then. The team is now focusing on creating Chinese style theme parks in China.
Puy du Fou Hangzhou team is consist of French and Chinese employees. The company has different international projects in Hangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Shenzhen and Wuhan of China.
