职位描述
协助三级机构银行保险负责人完成业务开拓工作，负责渠道维护和业务推动相关工作，完成渠道业务目标。
Be in charge of developing bank insurance and maintaining channel in third-level agency bank insurance, lead the sales group to reach the goal
1. 兼业代理资格管理：负责银行保险各合作银行网点的兼业代理资格的申报、维护等管理工作；
Acting qualification management: be in charge of the acting qualification application of bank insurance for cooperative bank network, and maintenance.
2. 协助渠道经理维护并推进当地中资合作渠道的业务合作关系；
Assist the channel director to promote cooperative relation with local enterprises.
3. 渠道业务推动：协助渠道经理进行渠道业务推动，负责当地银行渠道的相关会议策划、组织和活动的支持工作
Channel business promotion: assist the channel director in promotion, plan and organize local bank channel conference.
4. 负责完成渠道的各项合作协议的审核流程；协议管理、手续费支付
Approve and manage those channel agreement, service charge payment.
5. 负责当地银行渠道的合作报告草拟和相关的外部报表支持
Draw up local bank channel cooperation report and other report form.
6. 银行销售人员信息维护：对银行提供的销售人员信息进行系统的管理与维护。
Sales personnel information management: manage and maintain the sales personnel information given by the bank.
7. 银行销售网点信息维护：对系统中销售网点进行维护管理，包括新增、变更等。
Sales network management and system maintenance: maintain, manage and upgrade the network.
8. 保险合同快递流程的追踪与管理：对整个递送流程进行跟踪管控，保证整个流程的顺畅；
Tracing and managing the insurance contract delivery, ensure smooth delivery.
9. 部门预算管理：预算执行和跟踪
Manage and trace department budget.
本科以上学历

Familiar with local bank insurance market.
- 有同业联络网，及时收集行业相关信息
Set up liaison network in the same trade and collect relevant information.
- 具有2年以上工作经验，1年以上银保工作经验；有银保销售工作经验者优先
2 years' experience or above, 1 year's bank insurance experience, someone with bank insurance experience will get precedence.
