职位描述

Main responsibility:

  1. To set budgets, forecasts and detailed sales plans to develop Energy Sector sales growth in China to equal or exceed agreed sales targets, gross profit and product class budgets via supporting and implementing strategic sales plans and marketing objectives in line with Sector strategies and China targets.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the total market, focusing on systems solution and engineered solutions in line with the sector strategies, working closely with Technical staff to deliver new POB opportunities on a regular basis.
  3. Keep abreast of major projects and ensure company products and services are actively promoted to all key decision makers at End Users / Manufacturers, OEM’s and consultants to influence specification around company products. Update project report monthly and set regular follow up action plans to maintain focus and progress.
  4. To develop and assist in implementing Key Account Management initiatives and focus on major target accounts, consultants and project management. Conduct regular seminars and presentations to key customers and target customers.
  5. To oversee the development and progress of Energy Sector Sales force and ensure joint visits are conducted regularly and to be actively involved in major opportunities and projects, and to assist with product & pricing strategies. Conduct performance appraisals and set specific objectives in line with sector strategies and employee development requirements. Review, report and update on a regular basis.
  6. Provide update information on sales, sales forecasts, customer activity and visits, sales activity including progress on projects, target accounts, major and new opportunities, and any specific promotional or marketing activity.
  7. To be familiar with, and implement all company policies, codes of conduct and core values at all times.


  Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering fields.
  2. At least 10 years related working experience in mechanical industry. A minimum of 5 years successful sales management experience with an International company.
  3. Working experience in selling process solenoid/pneumatic valves in the field of oil/gas, petrochemical, chemical or other process industries is preferred.
  4. Pneumatic or fluid power background or experience is preferred.
  5. Proven track record in key account and project management in MNC.
  6. Able to prepare and conduct technical and sales presentations internally and externally (in English and Mandarin).
  7. Able to prepare detailed and specific sales plans and reports.
  8. Strategic thinker. Has excellent business acumen and commercial skills.
  9. High-level interpersonal communication and people management skills.
  10. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
  11. Good command of English, both oral and writing.
  12. Willing to travel frequently.
