职位描述
Function Area
- Determine future personnel needs together with line managers
- Define and implement recruitment programs to meet department needs
- Manage all the internal and or external recruitment channels, such as recruitment websites, internal referral, campus recruitment, social media, recruitment suppliers and so on to find suitable candidates and fill open positions
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from JD formulation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, reference check, offering to on-boarding and complete the hiring process through HR system l Sign contracts with new employees and conduct first day orientation
- Organize and supervise administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all the relevant information is collected and all the documents for new employees are properly filed
- Conduct probation interview with new employees and provide feedback
- Seek ways to expand recruitment channels and improve recruitment efficiency
- Provide regular recruitment status reports and communicate the progress with departments
- Develop recruitment database & talent pool and collect market intelligence
- Assist to organize the company staff activities l Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives l Other work assigned by manager and company
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- About 3-5 years of recruitment experiences in multinational companies
- Proficient interviewing and selection skills and techniques
- Basic knowledge of labor law and local regulations
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good at Excel and PPT
- Independent and self-motivated, ability to drive process and achieve recruitment targets
- Good communication, coordination and organization skills, able to present the Group on campus and other events and build a strong network
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to engage business leaders and interact with all levels of management and staff
- Sales and service oriented with good marketing sense and networkiing skills
- Quick learner, resourceful, proactive, hard-working, honest, reliable, organized and detail oriented
- Good health conditions and able to work under pressure
