1. 负责每月HC和员工成本预测和计划，协助HRBP准备相关数据和报告等。

    

2.根据需求向人力资源共享服务团队提交与员工生命周期相关的表格。

    

3. 负责工厂操作工工资和福利的核对，汇总并提交给相关部门处理工资。

    

4. 办公室员工加班时间的检查和分析，以确保符合公司政策。

    

5. 协助HRBP进行年度员工成本计划、年度激励计划和绩效调整计划。

    

6. 根据业务需要，协助HRBP实施与业务相关的计划和战略项目。

    

7. 领导安排的其他事宜。

任职资格：

1. 本科或以上学历，财务或者人力资源专业
2. 3年以上人力资源工作相关经验
3. Excel技能熟练，对数据敏感度高
4. 良好的英语听说读写能力
5. 注重细节，逻辑思维和较强的分析能力
