Finance Manager
Being a part of Stone Forest AccountStaff's management team, your key duties and responsibilities include Project Management and supervision of small / large scale projects. Other duties include resource planning and allocation of available employees to meet urgent / last minute demands of Clients in view.
Responsibilities:
Routine Operations
? Oversee full operational Finance and Accounts related duties (AP/AR/GL)
? Review and supervision of Outsourced team onsite Clients office on all work processes, if necessary
? Establish and maintain good rapport with clients, in view of service expansion
? Ensure all accounting workflow, processes and standards are in compliance with Client's office practices and reporting systems
Project Management
? Communicate and monitor individual performance, objectives & service standards
? Set and regularly review achievements of team and individual goals, together with Clients
? Coach the performance of staff to ensure quality standard in service delivery and conduct regular quality checks
? Ensure appropriate trainings and courses are provided to staffs
End-to-End Excellent Service Delivery
? Set up an efficient & effective Operational Process for each project undertook
? Identify on-going service issues and recommend solutions to clients for each project undertook
? Maintain awareness of customer needs and potential service issues through regular contact with Clients
? Conduct regular quality monitoring of standards as part of business reviews
? Incorporate findings and corrective actions into regular employee coaching or actions leading to improved performance
Resource Management
? Balance capacity of resources and set timeframes to successfully complete the accounting processes
? Keeping a constant mind set to utilize automation to improve efficiency onsite client's offices
? Preparation of project reports during Management reporting
Pre-requisites:
· Possess a Diploma in Accountancy, Pursuing ACCA, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Academic Equivalent;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident to liaise with overseas management team
· MNC accounting exposure and reporting would be an added advantage
· Candidates with high level of supervisory skill sets and project management experience would be most ideal
· An independent, meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills;
· Flexible, possess high levels of energy and vibrancy;
· Positive attitude, open mind set, resourceful, team player;
