1、协助制造总裁制定和完善制造体系各项制度，并对相关部门的执行情况进行监督；

2、协助制造总裁对制造体系进行管理，协调内部关系，尤其是分管部门的日常工作以及事务处理；

3、协助制造总裁处理日常工作事务，保证制造总裁与各方信息流转通畅，协助制造总裁处理外部公共关系；

4、协助制造总裁制定经营目标计划，跟进日常经营管理，实现经营管理目标，促进发展；

5、协助制造总裁处理安排的专项工作。

任职资格:

1、国内外知名重点高校的全日制本科以上学历, 机械、机电、工业工程等理工科类相关专业； 

2、5年以上大型企业(含自主创业)的全面工厂管理经验，对对生产管理、柔性制造和智能制造有深刻认知，精通精益生产，具备精益改善项目主导及实施经验，能全面推动工厂管理升级；

3、具有敏锐的洞察力和系统性思维，具有出众的领导能力和先进的经营管理理念；

4、具备敏锐的洞察力、创新性思维和系统性逻辑思维能力、强烈的挑战进取心，爱惜羽毛，冲上阳光、公平的竞争规则。

Zhejiang JiHengKang(JHK) Door Industry Co., Ltd, established in 2000, is a large-scale manufacturer of MDF/HDF Door Skins, Interior Doors, Joint Wood Boards and Wooden Furniture. JHK employs more than 150 workers, through the efforts of our entire staff, the products of high quality, widely used in a variety of architecture, has shared the broad masses of the worldwide market for over a decade.
