1、负责货物出口操作，包括订舱、报关、做箱等；

2、负责按照要求制作各种单证、审单、交单，直至安全收汇；

3、负责各种出口单据归档、分类保管；

4、及时掌握出口政策和法规变化，并及时通知相关同事；

5、协助公司财务部门对外联系和退税工作，协助销售跟单处理对外事务

4、 配合上司的其他工作；

任职资格：

1、良好的英语能力（直接上司为外国人）

2、1年以上外贸单证相关工作经验；

3、熟悉外贸单证操作流程，熟悉信用证及相关知识；

4、熟练操作常用办公软件(如WORD/EXCEL等），工作耐心、细致，有一定财务基础知识者优先；

5、工作主动积极，为人诚实，责任心强，具有团队合作精神；

6、有良好的沟通、协调能力及较强责任心，能承担一定的工作压力；
